Description
Parapoulia are sprouts that grow low on the cabbage after the head is cut off.
It is rich in carotenoids, indole-3-carbinol, sulforaphane, kaempferol, quercetin, iron, vitamins A, C, K1, B1, B6, E, folic acid, magnesium, selenium, chromium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, too. as in plant fibers.
We always make sure there are leftovers when we boil them for a salad to make an omelette – we usually boil them with plenty of lemon and raw olive oil. It is combined with meat, with eggs and with fish and seafood.
