Cooking

This is an extremely tasty mushroom, the favorite of chefs.

Due to the peppery taste and intense aroma, they are used as accompaniments with chicken, pork, fish and in cream soups. In sauces, in risotto recipes, with lasagna, in tarts or pies, but its best is in an omelette.

It can become an excellent sweet spoon mushroom.
